- In this section, we clarify our refund and return procedures. If you need help with a cancellation or if something isn’t right with your trip, here’s how we handle it.
If canceled less than 24-48 hours before the event, only 80% of the amount will be refunded. Cancelling 24 hours before, you will be charged the full amount.
